Dr. Joseph Schneider, DC, DACNB 

(Founder of Hope Brain & Body Center)

Promoting Optimal Health and Well Being of Patients

Dr. Schneider earned his Bachelor of  Science degree in Physics from St. Joseph's University and graduated Magma Cum Laude New York Chiropractic College.

His post graduate education in neurology was conducted at the Carrick Institute, allowing him to obtain a diplomat from American Chiropractic Neurology Board.

 With over 30 years of clinical experience, he has attended to over 11,000 patients, treating them for a multitude of neurological and non-neurological conditions including but not limited to: Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Stroke, Concussion, Vestibular Disorders, Chronic and Acute pain, Dizziness, Headaches including Migraine, Scoliosis, and neurodegenerative disorders.

 He also served as Executive Director of the Brain Balance Center for 7 years in Springfield, PA and Cherry Hill, NJ, where he had successfully helped and transformed over 500 children 4-18 years of age with Autism, ADD/ADHD, Asperger’s, Learning Disorders, Tourette’s, and concussion.

He received numerous awards including 'Clinical  Excellence Award' in 2013 from International Association of Functional Neurology and Rehabilitation. He served as Vice present of  Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association in 2011 & 2012 to provide better service to patients.

Dr. Schneider is recovering from his stroke from May 2017, slowly and miraculously due to his colleagues in Chiropractic functional neurology as well as his knowledge from extensive experience with his patients. He has learned so much about brain recovery from his own experience and he has committed his life to help patients to have optimal health without medications and/or surgeries.

    Paul Link
    DC, FACFN

     Paul Link is a Staff Clinician here at Hope Brain and Body Recovery Center. He is a board certified Doctor of Chiropractic with a specialization in Functional Neurology. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from William Paterson University in New Jersey in 2012. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic (Port Orange) in 2016. His interest in neurology stemmed from a course in pain he took in undergraduate that led him to discover Dr. Carrick’s work. He began his post graduate education with the Carrick Institute for Graduate Studies right while enrolled at Palmer College. Dr. Link had the distinct honor studying under Dr. Ted Carrick, the founder of Functional Neurology, and has assisted him with complicated cases as well as publishing research with him and other fellow Functional Neurologist on Autism, Traumatic Brain Injury,  and Movement disorders.

    Dr Link originally grew up a few hours north in the Hazleton Area, and recently returned with the intent to serve the community of the northeast. When not working, he enjoys working out, playing golf and relaxing at home with his dog, Westy.

    Sally Dawe

    Dr Sally Dawe attended Upsala College in North Jersey and Logan University in St Louis  where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic. 

    She has over 30 years of experience.During that time she has managed her own office & worked with various health professionals in offices and clinics with conservative treatments plans,

    Her practice has primarily consisted of adjustments ranging from soft tissue mobilization to joint adjustment for healing and pain management.  This has led to working with all types of patients of every age group. 

    Dr. Sally was eventually drawn to study the neurological connection to physical health so therefore is super excited to be working with functional neurology at The Brain Body and Hope Center, where they have the latest tools and diagnostic equipment for evaluating and correcting brain dysfunctions.
